Timothee Chalamet recently took to Twitter to give us a sneak preview of his upcoming film Bones and All. The teaser is just under 30 seconds, so we don’t get a lot of information. We see the two leads, Chalamet and Taylor Russell, sharing a tender moment. The teaser then quickly changes from quiet and gentle to heart-pumping anxious feelings before cutting back to the soft piano melody. Check out the teaser below:

Bones and All will reunite Timothee Chalamet with his Call Me by Your Name director Luca Guadagnino. The film will be debuting at the 2022 Venice International Film Festival alongside highly anticipated releases like Olivia Wilde’s Don’t Worry Darling, Andrew Dominik’s Blonde, and Noah Baumbach’s White Noise. Bones and All follows the newfound romance between a young woman living on the margins of society (Russell) and a disenfranchised drifter (Chalamet). The film is based on the novel of the same name by Camille DeAngelis. David Kajganich adapts the screenplay and Michael Stuhlbarg, André Holland, Chloë Sevigny, David Gordon-Green, Jessica Harper, Jake Horowitz, and Mark Rylance round out the cast list.

Timothee Chalamet had a strong 2021, appearing in the blockbuster Dune alongside the Netflix hit Don’t Look Up and The French Dispatch from Wes Anderson. Bones and All will be the first time we get a Chalamet project in 2022, and it looks like it’s shaping up to be a good one. Although his 2022 may be relatively quiet, Chalamet will undoubtedly be top of mind again in 2023, where he’ll be starring in two highly anticipated blockbusters. The stranger of the two projects is certainly his upcoming turn as a young Willy Wonka in Wonka. Chalamet will be the third to bring the Roald Dahl character to life after the iconic Gene Wilder performance and the odd Johnny Depp performance. While the Wilder and Depp movies adapted the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory book, the Chalamet movie will be exploring the time that a young Wonka met the Oompa Loompas during one of his adventures. Olivia Colman, Sally Hawkins, Rowan Atkinson, Keegan Michael-Key, and more star in the upcoming prequel, which is set to hit theaters in December of 2023.

However, Dune: Part Two is perhaps the Timothee Chalamet project that everyone is looking forward to the most. The Denis Villeneuve-directed Dune: Part One brought the first half of Frank Herbert’s first novel to the big screen like never before, so fans are undoubtedly excited to see him finish off the story. Chalamet returns as Paul Atreides alongside Zendaya as Chani, Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica, Stellan Skarsgard as Baron Harkonnen, Dave Bautista as Beast Rabban, Javier Bardem as Stilgar, and Josh Brolin as Gurney Halleck. The cast also includes some exciting new additions, especially Austin Butler as Feyd-Rautha, Christopher Walken as Emperor Shaddam IV, and Florence Pugh as Princess Irulan. Dune: Part 2 is expected for November 2023. Until then, you don’t have to wait too much longer to see Timothee Chalamet’s Bones and All, as it will be coming to theaters on November 24 of this year.
