“Sports, raving, finding joy – these elements are such a huge part of my personality,” the singer said of the track. “What works in the club works in the gym – there’s a real crossover.”

You can listen to the song below, the video for which will drop at 4pm BST later today (October 17) ahead of a Q&A on her Instagram page.

“I’ve done a lot of soul-searching,” she said of the record, which is set for release on May 1, 2026 via Virgin Music Group and available for pre-order here. “Now I just want to have some fun and get people dancing again.”

The former Spice Girls singer continued: “There are so many horrific things going on in the world, when you make pop and dance music, it can seem almost churlish. But music is what gets me through tough moments. I’m really happy I am bringing out a joyful record at a very dark time.”

She has also announced a one-off concert at O2 Academy Brixton on October 23, 2026. You can purchase tickets from 10am next Friday (October 24) here. Fans who also pre-order the album before the general sale can access a pre-sale here.

Meanwhile, Victoria Beckham recently teased a Spice Girls reunion after going to see one of the Oasis‘s recent reunion shows at Wembley.

“Tempting……” she wrote in the caption of the reunited Britpop legends, tagging Oasis and David Beckham, along with each of her former bandmates, Emma Bunton, Mel C, Geri Halliwell, and Mel B – suggesting that Spice Girls could follow in the footsteps of their fellow ’90s giants and return to the stage.

There have been rumours of a Spice Girls comeback circulating for years now, and while the members have dropped subtle hints about a reunion, a full-blown comeback tour with all five members has yet to materialise.

The group fanned the flames last spring, when they all came together for a surprise performance at Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday party. Before then, Mel B hinted that the Spice Girls might return to perform in the Legends’ slot at Glastonbury in 2023. She later shut the rumours down, saying it didn’t work logistically for the group.

Geri Halliwell-Horner has opened up about the possibility of a comeback too and promised that “there will be something” on the way, while Mel B spoke out again this spring, saying that she is “always game” when it comes to a reunion tour.

Emma Bunton made a nod to the group last Christmas when she dropped a festive version of Spice Girls’ ‘2 Become 1’, and earlier this year, Mel C spoke about the 30th anniversary of ‘Wannabe’, saying it was “time” that the five of them got back together.

Spice Girls went out for a reunion tour in 2019, but the line-up did not include Beckham. The last time they all performed together publicly was at the London Olympics closing ceremony in 2012. The pop giants first split up in 2000 after six years of chart dominance
