Jurassic World Evolution 3 is out now and Jeff Goldblum has revived Dr. Ian Malcolm for the launch trailer.
Goldblum played the skeptical, sarcastic mathematician in the 1993 classic Jurassic Park as well as the 1997 sequel The Lost World. He returned in 2018’s The Fallen Kingdom, 2022’s Dominion and now, the launch trailer for Jurassic World Evolution 3.
“It all started with an idea. What if? What if we could bring the past to life,” Goldblum says via voice over. “From the very beginning, we got it wrong, leaving us no choice but to look back to where it all began. And now, the future of human and prehistoric life depends on us finding ways to coexist. Especially when nature shows us who’s really in control.”
“We can’t undo the past but maybe we can avoid repeating it. All I can say is, I hope you know what you’re doing. Now, the very future is in your hands.”
Jurassic World Evolution 3 is the sequel to 2021’s Evolution 2. The construction and management simulation game lets players build their own Dinosaur theme park. “Nurture generations of awe-inspiring dinosaurs, create and manage sprawling prehistoric parks against stunning backdrops around the globe, and let your creativity roar with powerful new customisation options.”
Jurassic World Evolution 3 was released yesterday (October 21) for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. The game currently has a “generally favourable” review score on aggregate site Metacritic and a “very positive” score on Steam.
