Honkai: Star Rail Final Beta Begins In February

Genshin Impact studio HoYoverse has announced the dates for the final closed beta of its upcoming sci-fi strategy RPG Honkai: Star Rail. Sign-ups for the closed beta are also now live, and if you’re accepted, you’ll be able to jump into the latest build from February 10 on PC, iOS, and Android.

The beta will showcase new characters, areas to explore, and several in-game features, with the story kicking off in the Herta space station and expanding out to other locations such as Jarilo-VI and Xianzhou Luofu. These two areas have their distinctive culture and scenery, factions that control them, and plenty of opportunities for you to make a name for yourself out in the wild frontiers of the galaxy.

If you’re interested in trying out the game for yourself. you can find the sign-up link right here. Honkai: Star Rail was first announced in 2021 and got a bigger reveal at the 2022 Summer Game Fest. The game features the same anime art style as Hoyoverse’s Genshin Impact and the upcoming Zenless Zone Zero, and places players in the boots of an amnesiac character traveling the spaceways.

Like HoYoverse’s other games, you’ll regularly encounter monsters on your journey, but you’ll be able to guide a team of up to four characters to take down these threats, equipping them with sci-fi weapons and futuristic gear.
