Paramount released the first trailer for The Running Man this week. Watch it below.

The official synopsis reads, “In a near-future society, The Running Man is the top-rated show on television—a deadly competition where contestants, known as Runners, must survive 30 days while being hunted by professional assassins, with every move broadcast to a bloodthirsty public and each day bringing a greater cash reward.”

Cast

Glen Powell takes the lead and portrays Ben Richards: a desperate working‑class father who volunteers to participate in a violent reality‑TV game show to pay for his sick daughter’s treatment.

He is joined by William H. Macy, Lee Pace, Emilia Jones, Michael Cera, Daniel Ezra, and Jayme Lawson. Rounding out the ensemble are Hollywood powerhouses Colman Domingo and Josh Brolin.

The Running Man starring Glen Powell is set to hit theaters on November 7, 2025, after being moved up from its original November 21 release.
