Preorders for PlayStation’s limited-edtion Ghost of Yotei PS5 hardware collection are available now at PlayStation Direct. The lineup includes a pair of PS5 Slim bundles with black or gold designs inspired by traditional Japanese art forms. Both models retail for $600 and are bundled with a Ghost of Yotei-themed DualSense Controller and a voucher for the standard edition of the game. The DualSense Controllers are also available separately for $85 each. The gold Console Cover is sold separately for $65 and is available for the PS5 Slim with a disc drive and the PS5 Pro.
The black variant–the console bundle and the controller–are exclusive to PlayStation Direct. The gold variant is sold by PS Direct and select major retailers. PlayStation Direct offers free delivery and returns on all orders. The Ghost of Yotei Limited Edition PS5 Collection releases October 2 alongside the highly anticipated PS5 exclusive.

The next big PS5 exclusive game, Ghost of Yotei, launches on October 2. To celebrate the open-world action game’s imminent release, Sony announced a limited edition Ghost of Yotei-themed PS5 console and accessories that will launch alongside the game.
The lineup includes two PS5 Slim models featuring faceplates with traditional Japanese Sumi-e ink illustrations inspired by the game. There are gold and black ink versions of the console, which will be available in bundles that include special edition DualSense controllers featuring matching color schemes. The Ghost of Yotei-themed faceplates and controllers will also be available separately from the console bundles. Preorders for the lineup start September 4 at 10 AM ET The gold version of the Ghost of Yotei limited edition PS5 gear will be available at multiple online retailers, including PlayStation Direct, while the black versions are exclusive to PlayStation Direct.

There are three editions of Ghost of Yotei to choose from: a $70 standard edition you can pick up in physical or digital format, as well as an $80 Digital Deluxe Edition that includes a selection of in-game items, and a massive $250 Collector’s Edition that comes with several physical collectibles, including replica’s of Atsu’s Ghost Mask, sash, and katana tsuba guard, a foldable origami ginkgo tree, and more. The Collector’s Edition is exclusive to PlayStation Direct and is in stock as of September 4.
Preordering any version of the game or one of the console bundles gets you a bonus in-game mask and PSN avatars of Atsu and the Yotei Six villains she hunts down throughout the game.
