Fontaines D.C. have teamed up with mental health charity CALM to launch a new T-shirt for suicide prevention. Find all the details below.
The collaboration forms part of CALM’s current ‘Lifelines’ campaign, and raises vital funds and awareness to tackle the suicide crisis in the UK.
Grian Chatten and co’s limited edition tee features the cover art from the band’s acclaimed fourth album ‘Romance’ on the front, with the title of their 2025 single ‘It’s Amazing To Be Young’ on the back. The song appears on the deluxe edition of Fontaines’ latest LP.
Designed by @texas.ldn, the organic cotton T-shirt is available to order here until September 15. The item is priced at £30, with all profits funding CALM’s life-saving services.

In 2023, Fontaines D.C. frontman Chatten opened up about suffering mental health issues while touring, revealing that he had previously experienced “fits of anxiety and rage”. The comments came as part of an interview with NME. Previously, the Dublin band called for more mental health support for artists in the music industry.
This summer has seen Fontaines D.C. play huge outdoor shows at London’s Finsbury Park and Manchester’s Wythenshawe Park, with support from Kneecap and more. At the latter date, the Irish rap trio brought out Chatten for their collaboration ‘Better Way To Live’.
Fontaines D.C. are scheduled to play another massive outdoor gig with Kneecap in Belfast next Friday (August 29). Chatten and co. are currently out on the European festival circuit, and recently appeared at Øya 2025.
In a four-star review of Fontaines D.C.’s show at Finsbury Park, NME hailed the set as a “surreal, powerful statement from future Glasto headliners”, and called them “the most important band of this decade”.
