Weapons is the new horror film from Barbarian director Zach Cregger, but what songs are on the soundtrack? Read on to find out.
Cregger has written, produced and directed the film, which arrived in cinemas around the world on Friday (August 8).
It stars Josh Brolin, Julia Garner, Alden Ehrenreich and Benedict Wong and follows the mysterious case of 17 children from the same classroom who disappear one night after having been apparently abducted by an unseen force.

Cregger was inspired to write the screenplay after the death of his close friend and collaborator Trevor Moore and is said to have been partly inspired by Paul Thomas Anderson’s 1999 classic Magnolia.
The film had initially been cast with Pedro Pascal, Renate Reinsve, Brian Tyree Henry and Tom Burke, but as a result of delays and the 2023 Hollywood strikes, they were forced to withdraw from the production and the lead parts were re-cast.

Barbarian was Cregger’s directorial debut, released in 2022, and starred Georgina Campbell as a woman finding out that the rental home that she reserved had been accidentally double-booked by someone else, unaware of the accommodation’s dark secret.
Every song on the Weapons soundtrack
While the film does not include traditional needle drop moments for pop songs, it does boast an evocative original horror soundtrack that has been overseen by composers Ryan Holladay and Hays Holladay alongside the director Cregger.
The soundtrack album, which includes an appearance from acclaimed harpist Mary Lattimore, is available now via Warner Records and it is comprised of 36 tracks.
