
Daniel Dae Kim and Reina Hardesty lead Amazon’s spy thriller Butterfly.
Based on the graphic novels by Arash Amel, the series follows David Jung, a former US intelligence officer living in South Korea whose past comes back to haunt him.
Other cast members in the show include Piper Perabo, Kim Tae-hee, Park Hae-soo, Nayoon Kim, Kim Ji-hoon, Charles Parnell, Sean Dulake and Sung Dong-il.
Butterfly is co-created by Steph Cha and Ken Woodruff, who also serves as showrunner. All six episodes were released August 13, 2025 on Amazon.
