Toy Story 5: A New Chapter for Woody and Buzz

The Toy Story 5 reveal was one of the biggest announcements of the showcase. Disney confirmed new additions to the beloved franchise, including Conan O’Brien voicing Smarty Pants, a fresh character joining Woody, Buzz, and the rest of the gang. The sequel promises to bring back the heart and humor that made Pixar’s flagship series a global phenomenon. Mark your calendars—Toy Story 5 hits theaters on June 19, 2026.

Zootopia 2 Arrives Soon

Fans won’t have to wait long for Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde’s next adventure. Zootopia 2, set for release on November 26, 2025, introduces new characters voiced by Patrick Warburton and Yvette Nicole Brown. Early footage teased more of the franchise’s witty social commentary alongside plenty of action and laughs.

A First Look at Hexed

Disney also unveiled Hexed, an original animated film debuting in November 2026. Directed by Josie Trinidad and Jason Hand, the story follows an awkward teen who discovers his quirks are actually magical powers, opening the door to a hidden world. Meanwhile, 20th Century Animation is reviving the Ice Age franchise with Burning Point, a lava-filled prehistoric adventure arriving February 5, 2027.

Between familiar favorites and new originals, Disney is proving that its animation magic is far from running out of steam. But for many fans, the countdown to Toy Story 5 has already begun.
