Two of developer Blizzard’s worlds are once again colliding, with the sci-fi heroes and villains of StarCraft crash landing in Diablo 4 in the form of class-specific premium cosmetics based on iconic characters from the RTS franchise.
From September 26 through October 10, StarCraft cosmetics for each of Diablo 4’s six classes, as well as a Zerg mount and mini Hydralisk pet, will be available for purchase in the in-game shop. Blizzard has not yet revealed the price of these cosmetic bundles, but if they are anything like Diablo 4’s previous Berserk crossover, expect to pay around $28 per bundle.
Each skin is class specific and based on major characters StarCraft players are more than familiar with. They are:
- Barbarian – Jim Raynor
- Necromancer – Zagara
- Rogue – Zeratul
- Sorcerer – Tassadar
- Druid – Arcturus Mengsk
- Spiritborn – Kerrigan
The mount bundle on offer is a Zergling, alongside a unique set of mount armor and two Zerg-themed mount trophies. A pet bundle featuring a mini Hydralisk, alongside an emblem and the Relic of Zerus mount trophy, is also available.
Unlike Diablo 4’s disappointing Berserk crossover earlier this year, there is no free StarCraft Battle Pass Reliquary through which players will unlock rewards with a special in-game currency. Instead, Blizzard is simply giving away a handful of free emblems and weapon skins, no grinding required, that can be claimed via the in-game shop. A Protoss-themed bundle will go live on September 26, a Terran Dominion bundle on September 27, and a Zerg bundle on September 28. Each free bundle will be available to be claimed until October 10.

There will additionally be three StarCraft emblems available for free via Twitch Drops, with players needing to watch Diablo 4 streams for a total of six hours in order to claim all three.
It’s not the first time another Blizzard franchise has appeared in Diablo 4. Blizzard previously offered Warcraft-themed cosmetics in Diablo 4 in honor of World of Warcraft’s 20th anniversary.
Blizzard’s second internal crossover for its ARPG comes shortly after the launch of Diablo 4 Season 10, which overhauls the game’s Infernal Hordes endgame activity and introduces a new, more powerful version of Uniques called Chaos Armor. Diablo 4’s next expansion is coming in 2026.
