Borderlands 4’s Gilded Glory Pack preorder bonus now includes four pieces of Legendary Gear. The additional content was announced by Gearbox on September 9, just three days before the game’s September 12 launch on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. If you haven’t preordered your copy yet, two different physical editions are available: the $70 standard edition and the $130 Super Deluxe Edition. The GameStop-exclusive Echo-4 Collector’s Bundle is still up for grabs for $150. The bundle includes an Echo-4 statue with LED lights and numerous other collectibles, but it doesn’t come with the game.
Xbox and PC players should also check out the officially licensed PowerA Special Edition Wireless Controller that launches the same day as the game.
Borderlands 4’s standard edition is also available to preorder on Switch 2, but Nintendo players will have to wait until October 3 to start playing.

$70 | Releases September 12

The Borderlands 4 standard edition gets you the base game, plus the Gilded Glory Pack preorder bonus. You can preorder physical editions for $70 at Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, GameStop, and Target.
The Nintendo Switch 2 physical edition is a Game-Key Card, so you will need to download the game from the eShop after inserting the cartridge.

$150 | Exclusive to GameStop

GameStop has an exclusive “collector’s edition” called the Echo-4 Bundle. Since the $150 bundle doesn’t come with the game, this is more like a box with a handful of collectibles. We’ve seen multiple publishers release collector’s editions without games in recent years, as it allows players to pick the edition they want for any platform.
- 8-inch Echo-4 statue with LED lights
- 17-inch polyester map of Kairos
- Vault symbol necklace
- 4 double-sided lithograph art prints (8 x 10 inches)
- Shift Code for 5 Golden Keys

If you’re interested in learning about the development of Borderlands 4 and its striking visuals, you may also want to check out the upcoming The Art of Boderlands 4 art book that launches October 7. The 224-page hardcover book will feature concept art, illustrations, and behind-the-scenes production materials detailing the creation of the game. Preorders are available for $55 at Amazon. There are also several new Borderlands novels, comics, and even a cookbook launching soon, as well.
