Battlefield 6’s launch on October 10 is coming up very soon. If you’re wondering precisely when you can start playing, the release times for the military shooter have now been posted online.
As confirmed previously, there is no early access for Battlefield 6, so the game will launch at the same time for everyone on October 10. The global rollout begins at 8 AM PT on October 10, which works out to 11 AM ET and 4 PM BST. You can see more global launch times below, as posted by Battlefield Bulletin. GameSpot has contacted EA in an attempt to confirm these times and get more information.
Preloading times have been revealed as well, and they begin a week before launch–and that’s today, October 3. However, there is no preloading available on the Epic Games Store.
Battlefield 6 will be EA’s first major new release following the announcement that the company revealed plans to sell itself to Saudi Arabia’s PIF, Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners, and private equity company Silver Lake for $55 billion.
Battlefield 6 is the first entry in the series since 2021’s Battlefield 2042, a game that was a disappointment for many fans. Early signs look more positive for Battlefield 6, but experts do not believe the game has enough juice to beat Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 this year. In any event, EA is having some playful fun with the competition, recently releasing a live-action trailer for Battlefield 6 that roasts Call of Duty.
